These terms describe how we work together when you buy the mini course or book a 1:1 service with Lumé. If anything here is unclear, write to us before purchasing — we would rather talk it through.

The mini course

The course is delivered digitally. You gain lifetime access once payment is confirmed. If the course is not for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.

1:1 services

Bookings are confirmed when payment is received. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the session at no cost; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but the booking can be moved to a gift card.

Your materials

Workbooks, palettes, and style guides are for personal use. Please do not redistribute or resell them — small studios rely on this.

Our handling of your personal information is described in the Privacy page, which these terms incorporate by reference.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the studio is registered. Any dispute will be handled through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
