This page is a plain-language placeholder. Before publishing, please have a solicitor review it against your actual data practices and the regulations that apply to your clients (GDPR, UK-GDPR, and any regional equivalents).

We keep the relationship with you simple and respectful. This page explains what information we hold, why we hold it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you enrol in the mini course, book a 1:1 session, or write to us, we collect your name, email, the service you are interested in, and the details of your enquiry. We do not collect anything we do not need.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, deliver the service or course you have paid for, and send you the occasional studio note if you have opted in. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as you are a client, plus the period our accountants require for tax records. Newsletter data stays until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete any information we hold about you at any time. Write to us and we will handle it quickly, without friction.

Third parties

We work with a small number of trusted providers to run the site, process payments, and deliver email. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and uses your data only to perform its service.
